Welcome to passion fitness! As a personal Coach, I can help you make the right diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices, and motivate you to stay on track to reach any goal.

Once and a while I would try a routine and it would last a week, maybe a month.  Once I made it two months and that was with a gym membership!  My problem was that I was bored and I had no confidence in what I was doing would work.  Sound familiar?  Anyone I talk to can relate to some degree.  I made the decision to get healthy a long time ago but I always struggled with getting their.  Making the decision to live a healthier lifestyle is not enough.  I was ready for a positive change in my life and motivation and confidence were my biggest obstacles.  Now anyone can live the way they want I am fine with that.  If you are already as happy as can be that's great But if you want to make a big change that will last you the rest of your life I am here to tell you it IS possible. What I want to show you is that if you gain a passion for fitness and a passion for feeling strong and healthy then you will enjoy your work outs and a life long experience of physical and mental well being that will make people around you ask questions!
